The client had a strategic objective to create one team from two previously separate groups of employees from offices in India and Denmark. Alongside a graphic designer and other content creatives, we went through 3 stages of ideation with input from both the Danish and Indian office to ensure the campaign was culturally sensitive to both groups.
After pitching the creative concept to the strategic track managers, I wrote the final copy and gave layout suggestions to the graphic designer for a multitude of different internal campaign items, including a new screensaver, digital ads and printed posters and banners. I also establish a new internal SharePoint site where employees could ask questions and find more information on the internal shift.
